Hi!
I am 12 Years old and I love to swim and dance. I was diagnosed with scoliosis in November of last year. I had an S-curve of 61 degrees and 47 degrees. From then, it was super crazy and I ended up having surgery last week! Both curves are now under 5 degrees. Anyone have any tips that help throughout the recovery?
